Shipping policy

We use Australia Post for a vast majority of our deliveries, delivering Australia-wide. You can expect your parcel within 2-10 business days from when it is dispatched from our warehouse.

When you ship your order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Australia Post will also send you an email that confirms your delivery is en route.

If your order does not arrive within 15 business days, please contact us so that we can follow up with Australia Post. Your parcel will require a signature on delivery, to provide further comfort and security to you. If you choose otherwise, you will take responsibility for the package.
