Refund policy

Kindly note that we do not accept cancellations and have a no change of mind policy.


Exceptions;
Prior to dispatch, we check all items to ensure there are no product faults. However, if you received the wrong product, a faulty product or a product has been damaged, please get in touch with our support team who will happily organise either a replacement or a refund. 


To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please note that My Incense Waterfalls cannot accept any requests after 30 days from purchase. 


For all Buy Now Pay Later options (such as Afterpay orders) there is a 10% fee due to the fees we incur for our customers to use these options.


How to prepare for your return;

  • Contact support@myincensewaterfalls.com to request your replacement or refund
  • Provide Order Confirmation showing your purchase order from My Incense Waterfalls
  • Provide evidence in the form of video preferably, or photo's to support your claim and state whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund

Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacements/refunds on sale items, gift cards or digital products.
